Hello List, I have just subscribed to this list and am hoping someone can help me find information on the following individuals that are in the Cloquet censuses: 1910: Carlton, 2-WD Cloquet, Ernest Stolberg, 33, wife Anna 35, Children George 8, Pauline 6 (daughter), Mildred 4, and Ernst 2. 1920: Carlton, 3-WD Cloquet, 912 Carlton Ave, Cloquet City, Earnest Stolberg, 43, Anna 44, George 17, Paul 15 (son), Mildred 13, William 11, and Gordon 9. Ernst Johan Stålberg emigrated from Sweden April 6, 1883. I have not located him/them in 1900. In 1910 Ernst and Anna are shown as having been married for 10 years however, I do not know for sure that they were married in Carlton County. Does anyone have access to marriage records for 1899-1902 or birth records for 1902-1905? The icons for the two newspapers that are listed in Rootsweb for Cloquet, "The Pine Knot" and "Cloquet Journal" are not functional. I believe that the Journal is now part of Ancestry and accessible only through a subscription. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards Mary Heilman
