In case you hadnt seen yet, Ancestory.com has the Minnesota Death Index from the years 1997-2002 online. I am on Ancestry.com daily and only just accidentally stumpled on this yesterday. It is great. Besides the info the Minnesota Historical society provides for the years 1954-1996, it also provides the birth town and state, and the actual death city. I really like the birth town as I now know where to go to research further information. In many instances, I only had state. Pam Kebis
