Donnetta, You did not say that you have looked at the marriage records in Brown County, a possibly logical first place to start looking. Where were the Zuelke's living in 1900? Very frequently, couples were married at the home of the bride. Searching marriage records are somewhat of a crap shoot as you generally need to look at each county of interest where they would have likely filed for the license. And even in those days, people traveled to get married as they do today. Another scenario: My grandfather lived in Kandiyohi County, my grandmother in Swift County, when they were married in Chippewa County according to the marriage record. The marriage license was taken out in Kandiyohi County, but could just as easily have been taken out in Swift, or even Chippewa. Other couples eloped to Canada.
