PA, maiden name unknown) were in the 1800 - 1840 Census in Centre Co. (Bellefonte, Pa) and then disappeared! On Ancestry.Com I found a land record of Henry HUGHS of Brown Co., MN dated April 14, 1820 for 80 acres of land in the New Ulm Land Office. Issue Date was May 20, 1874. (Act or Treaty) One dtr. Sarah Jane FERGUSON moved to MN after 1852. Known Children of Henry & Martha Jane HUGHS/HUGHES Sarah Jane B. 1805 M. William Carlisle FERGUSON; d. 1898 in OLMSTED-DODGE, MN Jane b. c. 1815 Elizabeth b. c. 1820 (possibly m. to Amos FAUVER in Bellefonte, PA) Isabella b. 1822 m.
