Hi John! Perhaps this new technology will reunion our families in the nearer future. My grandma´s Girlname is Stolzenburg. Her fathers name is Otto Stolzenburg born in the middle of the 18th century. The Family has it´s roots in town socalled Stolzenburg (European surnames were formed in the ancient time) But the last big town were it settled down was Danzig. (Pommeranian, in former times Prussia (Germany) nower days Poland). Otto Stolzenburg had a lot of brothers and sisters. some could be immigrated at the end of the 18th century to the states or between the two world wars.
