Dear Listers, Resources for genealogists that are available on the web, at area libraries, historical and genealogical societies will be showcased Saturday, October 27, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1851 Marie Lane in North Mankato, Minnesota. The Expo will feature basic "intro" classes as well as mini-courses covering everything from organizing to preservation and research. Also featured will be tours of the Family History Center, demonstrations of genealogical software, and displays showing the resources the area has to offer. There will be sessions on researching German, Irish, English, German-Bohemian, Norwegian and Swedish Ancestors.
