From there the went to Jefferson Furnace, Ohio, and then to Cambria, Minnesota, in 1856. They moved in large part because of the poor soil quality in Ohio. Cambria was (and still is) a great farming area. I believe they were referred to as the Jackson Colony. They were a close knit and very religious group of Calvinistic Methodists and they clung to the Llangeitho tradition of Calvinism from Wales. On a side note, Elizabeth Price (b 1855 in Jefferson Furnace) was the Roberts you were looking for (though perhaps that has been figured out--I have not yet looked at the family tree you mentioned).
