His name is Roger Allen/Allan/Allyn? He and my mom dated for a few years in the late 70's and I was born march of 80. He left before I was born, my mother never really spoke of him, no birthdate or city of origin, nothing on my birth cert. He was born 1949-1954 sometime and I believe lived or was from any one of these areas: Willmar, Red Wing, New Ulm, Mankato. ANY help or direction on where to look would be helpful.
