I had most of that info. I really would like find out where and when Ephraim James died. He is buried in the Alexandria, MN and died in 1935. I would guess his obit might be in the Mapleton Enterprise. However, I'm not a MN resident so I don't have access to the libraries. I know they have this newspaper on Microfilm at the Historical Society in St. Paul. I'll probably have to drive over and dig through that. AND I agree Martha BARTO looks promising. Here's Silas/Bert in 1910 & with Charles in 1920. Julia is a dau of Rose born in 1903 according to what I have collected. Looks as if Silas/Bert divorced say aftr 1903 but before 1910 when he remarried a Maude. Appears that Rose may have taken the girls while Floyd stayed altho Julia reappears in 1920.
