In his death certificate the name of Foley is listed as the address of the informant as well as of the undertaker.

He was 50 years old, single and the head of household in a home rented for $7 a month. Living with him were his sister Maggie (age 45, single), brother Frank (age 40, single) and Edward Mattson (age 40, single). They did not own a radio. He and Frank worked as laborers; roommate Edward Mattson was a clerk at the pool hall. Harry was born in Minnesota as were his siblings; both their parents were born in Ohio. Edward and his folks were all born in Norway and as a consequence he spoke both English and Norwegian.

Case, resident of Foley since 1900, died suddenly Friday November 24, at 3:00 in the afternoon. He was 71 years old. He was born in Le Sueur County, Minnesota, on October 11, 1879, coming to Foley 21 years later where he spent the remainder of his life. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ray Ketcham and Miss Maggie Case, and one brother, Frank, all of Foley. Funeral services were held Monday, November 27, in the Presbyterian Church of Foley at 2:00 p.m. Burial was made in the St. Francis cemetery. Pallbearers were Arthur Parent, Frank Latterell, Reuben Monson, Joe Scott, Anton Balder and Walter Freude. _____________________________ I have no further information on this family
