Unknown Newspaper, (Probably New Ulm), Brown County, MN 1/31/1929 MRS ADAM PETERS The death of Mrs. Adam Peters occurred at the Family home on North Broadway Saturday evening at 7:45 o'clock, following an illness of long duration. Complications caused her demise. Susan Sons was born in Brighton township, Nicollet county, July 15, 1880. She grew to womanhood there and was married on October 27, 1909 to Adam Peters at the Holy Trinity Catholic church in this city by Rev. Sandmeyer. For many years the family has resided in New Ulm. One son, Walter H. Peters at home, survives to mourn her death, her husband having passed away four years ago. She is also mounred by three sisters, the Misses Mary and Pauline Sons, who made their home with her in New Ulm, and Mrs. John Zeren of Wabasso. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock from the Holy Trinity Catholic church, Rev. Neudecker, Rev. Scherer, Rev. Neumannd and Rev. Biebl, officiating at the Solems Requiem Mass. Interment was made in the Catholic cemetery. The deceased was a member of the Christian Mothers Society and the St. Elizabeth Society, both of which attended the last rites in a body. Among the relatives from away who attended the last rites were: Mr. and Mrs. John Bovey and children of Redwing; Mr. and Mrs. John Zeren and daughter Marian of Wabasso; Philip and Ludwig Schaefer, and Mrs. Nick Paris and two daughters of Hinckley; Mrs. Arth Spitz and the Misses Alice and Florence Peters of St. Paul; Mr. and Mrs. Haeger, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Schmidt, Mrs. and Mrs. John and Miss Susan Gerardy, all of Fairfax.
