I'm trying to figure out if he was adopted or not. I did a bit of digging in marriage records in Lansing and found out that his mother's name is Rosetta Babcock. Past that I couldn't find anything else. Besides trying to find out who his father was, I was also looking to find out when he died and where he was buried.
