I am of the family that stayed in Grand Rapids and did not head west. Leon Chulski was my great grandfather. I do have some information on the family, including census information. Even though Edward Chahulski and his parents were of Polish descent, all three of them were listed in Grand Rapids as being born in Germany. Hope this helps.
