Bertha was pregnant when she married Edwin Kangas( Born November 1, 1908 and married August 28, 1928). The baby was born October 1928 and lived only a short time. Bertha was also married to George White Jr. on October 1931. Their son Robert Richard White was adopted by Elmer Bliss( born in Grand Rapids, MI). Robert Richard White was born April 11, 1934. I know that when Bertha died her body was sent to the University of Michigan Hospital for research and was never returned.
