My grandfather was his son Alfred. My mom remembered visiting the cigar factory as a kid. I have a newspaper clipping with a picture of William. Apparently he was very active in the Catholic church as thats the reference in the newspaper. Dont know anything about his family in Germany and would like to. If you have something please let me know. I'd be happy to email you a copy of my newspaper clipping and what else I might be able to find.
