My great grandmother would be Mary Pickering, born 1890. Are you related to Jessie Scott Donald? I am having trouble understanding our relation. I don't know of any other siblings of James (1887). Do you have any other information? I have found what I believe to be Mary Scott's (wife of James Stewart Donald, b. 1856) parents, Robert Scott and Mary Pennycuik, both of New Monkland, Lanark, Scotland. I will also pass this discovery of our relation to my mother, whose maiden name is Donald. She will be very interested. I am also trying to find information of when this family arrived in America.
