If you look at ED 326, you can see where the census taker goes from the 4100s block to the 3800s and misses the 3900s. It's not as if he or she was just doing the even side of the street. Somewhere about image 13 the addresses on Joseph Campau are in the 3900s and it appears that Alexandrine is enumerated and then Mitchell jumps.
