Hello - I'm searching for a marriage application/license for Beulah Viola Brenner and Harry Mahlon Hare. It is believed that they were married in Wayne County/Detroit circa 1917 - 1921. Can anyone tell an "out of towner" how to find an index or request an application/license during this time period. Any hints or help would be more than appreciated! Todd Zeigler in PA
