I found him in the 1940 census. On the Certificate of Death it gives his usual residence as 72 E Rockwood, and it gives place of death as Eloise, Wm J. Seymour Div (hospital). It appears that he had been in the hospital about 11 days prior to his death. I am pretty sure that he was a protestant. I wasn't seeing any cemeteries directly in River Rouge when I went on find a grave. When I googled cemeteries in that area I hit on Woodmere. Thanks again!
