Thank you so much for the offer of looking up information. Edward Schock's obit says he was a Border Crossing Guard for 33 years. He died in June 1960. Anything you might be able to find is greatly appreciated. If you have access to Detroit newspapers there is one more mystery I'm trying to solve. I've been looking for information on a woman named Bernice Johnson. Her maiden name was JURN. She was born November 17, 1924 and died November 23, 1956. Her father's name was Arnold "Pat" Jurn and her mother's name was Nadean Schook/Schock-Jurn. Nadean was already deceased when her dauther died in 1956.
