They have a Pastor file to look in for various pastors & teachers but that & the churches is about all they have. They do not interfere w/ the churches business as long as they comply w/ the basics of the MO Synod.Each church is on its own & a Democratic approach it how they handle it & may ask for advice from the Synod offices.
