The priest's name that married them is shown as Rev. F. G. Zella in the 1910 booklet about the Catholic Churches in Detroit and Windsor. In 1910 and earlier he was the pastor of St. Stanislaus which is now closed. Closed parish records are at the Archdiocese of Detroit. The Burton Historical Collection of the main Detroit Public library has Catholic Church records on microfilm but you have to research yourself or hire a researcher. I think the archives of the archdiocese does some research for a fee. On the marriage record at familysearch.org, the priest's name looks more like Gzella.
