As a matter of fact, one of their kind volunteers just filled seven of my photo requests. If you find a memorial for your target, you just need to click the Request Photo link. There's a place to enter comments, and you can provide the location details (plot, lot number, etc.) If there is no memorial, you can add one and fill in the location details, and then create the photo request.
