He was married to Audrey Florence Richards (b. 20 Apr 1913, possibly in Michigan; d. 10 May 1986,California) I know that he worked as a welder for a car manufacturer in Detroit, before moving to Nevada City California where he opened a machine shop and worked for the remainder of his life.
