They were married in 1902 in Amherstburg, Essex County, Ontario. Zoe (L'Heureux) Mailloux/Mayhew died June 14, 1930 and was buried in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, in Ecorse. They had six known children: Marie Bessia Mayhew (Mrs. Rayfield Laginess & Mrs. Leo Daugherty) born 1903; Pearl Marguerite Mayhew (Mrs. Benjamin Kisella) born 1905; Leonard Daniel Mayhew born 1907; Cecilia Mayhew (Mrs. Thomas Blake) born 1910; Veronica Mayhew born 1913; and Vincent Mayhew born 1915. Leonard Daniel Mayhew (as stated above) married Francis W. Schlobohm in 1931 and had five children: Marilyn Mayhew (Mrs. Albert Riggs) born 1932; Leonard Mayhew born 1934 married Francis Garbarino; Jerome Mayhew born 1936 married Mildred Mehall; Kathleen Ann Mayhew; and Jannine Mayhew. All of the above is believed to have resided in the River Rouge and Detroit areas. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
