August 11, 1885 in Stratford, Perth, Ontario, Canada. He died after 1940 in Dearborn, Wayne, Michigan. He was the son of John and Rose (Hoy) Lyons. Andrew married Mary K "Minnie" Burney b. May 13, 1876 in Stratford, Perth, Ont., Canada. They immigrated to Detroit, Michigan in 1916. He is listed in the 1920 and 1930 Census in Dearborn, Wayne, Michigan. In 1936 and 1939 he is in the Dearborn city directories. And in his WWI draft registration he states that he worked for the American Car & Foundry Company in Detroit, Michigan. Andrew and Mary (Burney) Lyons' children were: 1. Cathleen V Lyons b. 1913 Toronto, Ont., Canada. Listed in 1920 and 1930 Censuses. 2. Olive May Lyons b. 1914 Toronto, Ont., Canada. Listed in 1920 and 1930 Censues. Olive is listed the 1941 Directory in Detroit and she was a confectioner. 3. John Clarence Lyons b. 1917 Toronto, Ont., He is listed in the 1920 Census, but not the 1930 Census. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
