Our library doesn't carry the full line of Proquest newspapers, just the obits database; and our college carries only some of the newspapers, not all. In this economnic environment, libraries don't have much money to throw around, and I'm guessing it's priced prohibitively. Why did they bother to announce it but not give any means of access!?!!?!!
