Died Aug. 8, 1918. He gives his next of kin as his mother, Mrs. Willie Skinner. This is all I have on him, other than one of his WW1 medals ended up in Chatham Ontario.     3. You can get his entire military file by contacting the National Archives in Ottawa. There should be some mention of it on one of the two websites that you've mentioned but, if you can't find it, I'll be happy to look it up for you.
