I'm still trying to find John Taylor Sr's date of death. He was on the 1880 census living in Detroit, living with his wife & kids. It says he was born about 1827 in England and is 53 yrs old. And keeps a boarding stable. By 1884 his wife is listed as a widow in the city directory. I haven't heard from the Archdiocese of Detroit. I was hoping a record might be found in Annunciation church.
