I believe both were born in Dayton, Ohio. William was probably born in early 1930. Their parents were Herbert and Dorothy Webb. The brothers probably moved to Detroit by themselves in the late 1940's or early 1950's. They are both mentioned in their father's (1952) and grandmother's (Clara May Webb d. 1953) obituaries as living in Detroit. But the trail ends there.
