Mary was born in Indiana as were her parents. 1930 census (in Maryland) shows Charles with wife Jewell M. (sic) He was 21 at first marriage and she was 20. Shows her birthplace as Michigan but parents were born in England and Germany. 1910 census shows that Julia was born in Michigan as were her parents. 1942 Draft registration shows his wife as Julia M. Cannot find a marriage for them on the Mormon website but I don't know if it has all the marriage records on it yet for Michigan. There is a marriage record for one of Charles' sisters. Possibly they married at the same church and if you can find out where the minister was who married his sister and her husband, you may find Charles' records. http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=0 Do you know where Charles is buried or do you have the name of the funeral home?
