Unfortunately, there is no way to find out in advance when ordering through them. The only thing you can do is see if the LDS has the information on microfilm. They do have a few of the films available (as I have looked at them myself) that are the earlier (1900) years for Wayne County but not that many years are available. You can go online at familysearch.org and look at what's available in their catalog. It seems that they didn't even go to the 1920's but it's been a while since I've looked. Also, I've ordered through the state of Michigan and been told a few times that they don't have the death records I am seeking when they did, because I found one of them that I tried to obtain through them about 10 years ago that is now on SeekingMichigan.org.
