I have been doing a lot of digging and searching "on foot" in Pennsylvania. I have found a lot about my ancestors searching through old newspapers online, tramping trough cemeteries, and spending afternoons at local historical societies. I cannot go out everyday. I am currently recovering from shoulder surgery and cannot drive so I am renewing my search online to see what else I might dig up there. This is one very small branch of the family that moved out of state. Even if I go out there, it is not going to add "a lot" to my tree. I have all of the info. I just wanted a copy of the obit. Oh lighten up... the person was just trying to be helpful. If you were a regular user of this list, and others, then you would know that most people are here to help and have no idea what you've already done or plan to do in your quest for answers.
