No bldg on the property so I don't think the Sanborn maps would help - plus I am trying to figure out where the lot was - I have no clue. -----Original Message----- From: momjeep@aol.com To: miwayne@rootsweb.com Sent: Tue, Mar 30, 2010 2:35 pm Subject: Re: [MIWAYNE] Village of Plymouth 1901 have you tried to locate the Sanborn Fire maps? Don't know if Plymouth was covered or not but worth a try. do you know what the street is? If so, try searching the 1900 census. If this is ot a portion of the City, then it would be in Plymouth Township and the ity should be able to tell you that and who else you might contact. You are probably right that the Historical Museum would be the best place to start and see if they have plat maps during that time period. Please let us know what you find out. I'm betting on that triangular piece of land right in the city bordered by Main, Mill and Ann Arbor Trail or was it Starkweather. It's been a long time since I lived down there. I know what I mean, but, can't remember all the Street names. <sigh> Jan ----- Original Message ----- From: <bhurst1948@aol.com> > > No bldg on the property so I don't think the Sanborn maps would help - > plus I am trying to figure out where the lot was - I have no clue. > > > > > > > > > -----Original Message----- > From: momjeep@aol.com > To: miwayne@rootsweb.com > Sent: Tue, Mar 30, 2010 2:35 pm > Subject: Re: [MIWAYNE] Village of Plymouth 1901 > > > > have you tried to locate the Sanborn Fire maps?
