I'll read anything you send. I find it very interesting since this is the reason my grandma gave for moving her young family. I'm understanding more and more what caused her to be so racist when her own background was nothing to be really proud of. We bumped heads quite a bit but we were the best of friends. Thanks for the offer. I remember hearing stuff from Grandma about rioting but I didn't put 2 and 2 together until much later. I always thought she meant the riots in the late 1960s, which had an great affect on me. I was just a dumb little kid and didn't take the time to digest what I heard until recently. After realizing they just built a new house and then moved away within a couple years, I had that AHA moment. I've been looking for more info but I just keep coming up with the same results.
