    3. Marilyn, The Local Family History Library on Hill Street. And the Bentley unfortunately it's not open to the public except at specific times? Though the main branch in down town is interesting for local color and relatively recent research. Jennifer

    3. When I was at the LDS yesterday I heard them talking about a move to Saline, which may be taking place in late June or early July? So this should definitely be checked out. Their hours are fairly limited, even more so than the Bentley, which is open every weekday. Hours are given on the LDS site. I think, by the way, that the Bentley is open to the public -- you have to sign in, but I wasn't asked to show a library card or affiiliation with the U of M (Marilyn, the Bentley is one of the University of Michigan's libraries, specializing in local and Michigan history.) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Brett A Majeske" <pixifer@juno.com> To: <MIWASHTE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, April 26, 2004 10:09 PM Subject: Re: [MIWASHTE] library > Marilyn, > The Local Family History Library on Hill Street. > And the Bentley unfortunately it's not open to the public > except at specific times? > Though the main branch in down town is interesting for local > color and relatively recent research. > Jennifer >
