Marilyn, Sorry I don't have much more than what I posted on Peter B. Walling and we will post the scanned copy of his death document in the coming week. If I could make one small correction to the below information it is Huron Twp, Wayne County, MI. I do appreciate you helping though thanks so much. If I find anything more on the children I'll be sure to post it. Take care Bushy -----Original Message----- From: Marilyn LeVeque [mailto:mleveque@tcsn.net] Sent: Sunday, July 27, 2003 12:35 PM To: MIWASHTE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [MIWASHTE] Peter B. Walling in 1870 Well, I guess you can't hit "reply" so here is the inf. again for Mr. Hartman re: Peter B. Walling in 1870, Huron County, MI. I did not know I had a "fancy" font, so here we go, one more time to try & send a readable version of this message! To Mr. Hartman, In the 1870 MI Census online, your Peter B. Walling (age 36) is living in Huron County with his father Inman Walling (age 69) & mother, Sarah (age 72) & 2 of his children Eugene (10) & Ford (13). Inman Walling & Peter B. were born in NY & Sarah in NJ & kids in MI. Peter B. Walling is a "farmer" with 2300 dollars worth of assets claimed. I am looking for a Peter Wallin(g) born in England & orphaned in 1847, whose parents are Joseph & Susannah (Cook) Wallin, sometimes a "g" added. Sisters in MI are Mary (Wallin) Christian who lived in Calhoun County, MI & Carrie M. (Wallin) Brown they both died in Kalamazoo, MI. So I am aware of most Wallin,Walling's in MI. Marilyn
