Carol, I noticed both Mitchell and Higgins in your list of names to be researched. My great great grandfather, John Mitchell was married to Biddy Higgins (presumably Bridgett). They were from Mount Bellew, County Galway, Ireland. My great grandfather Patrick (born 1864) came to Philadelphia in 1884 and eventually settled in Boston, MA. We've been able to identify one other brother, Martin who stayed in Ireland. Martin's children also came to the Boston area though. We've had little luck with tracking down information on John and Biddy and/or other siblings. Was Richard a sibling? Regards, John H. Mitchell
