John Mitchell was born in Ireland circa 1750, he lived in North Carolina. His spouse is still unknown at this time. He fathered sons: William, Warren, and Howell, and probably many more children. According to my GG-grandfather, he fought in the Revolutionary War. John's sons moved on to TN., and then MS. Doris Mitchell
