I am hoping you find Warren Mitchell related to my Hugh Mitchell. :>) Several of us have wondered if he wasn't Jehu...or James Hugh or John Hugh, etc. Hugh was born 1786 NC. I have been told his parents were from Ireland, but....I could never prove that. I have been at a total brick wall with him. Maybe you are onto something. Hugh married Sally Holland from Green Co., TN. They moved into Jackson County, AL where they lived until their deaths. However, members of Hugh's children (and extended relatives) moved their families to Itawamba County, MS in the 1840s. Please keep your eyes peeled for Hugh Mitchell (and possibly Jehu, etc) while searching for your Warren's lineage. Thanks, Karen
