Have not been able to find his parents. He was born in Battle, Sussex ,Eng. in 1829 . immig. to Ny. state .Died in Herkimer Co., NY. He had many desc. from two marriages. Hope to contact any who are interested. I am his grgranddaughter Eleanor Dillon
