My William Mitchell was born in Dec. 22, 1883 possibly Blount Co. TN area. Info that i have is that his children were born in Blount Co. TN (Maryville and Friendsville). he died in 1940's per info that I got from his daughter. Williams father is David Mitchell, and Sally (Curtis)Mitchell, gotten from family bible. Thanks Jennifer
