Her parents , my great grand parents are William Henery Jenkins born 1859 richmond, Virginia and died 1941 in Richmond Virginia, married Sarah Olar Lee 1886 also from Richmnond, Va.. Hello Maxine, My grandfather came from Carrol co.Missouri and settled in Overbrook, Oklahoma. Love co. Lewis Eley MITCHELL born 25 oct 1869. wife Nellie Mae PRATER born 22 feb 1874 in FT Worth Texas,Tarrent Co. I dont know for sure who his parents were. I found from someone else that his mother name was Peggy JENKINS no listing for father. I also found that his mother was listed in a census Clarisa Margaret JENKINS born 1843 in Ky. Then in 1870 Carroll Co.Mo.Wekenda Twp Bower city post office had James MITCHELL born Alabama born 1833 in Al. mother Clarisa MITCHELL born virginia. So I can offer only this information.
