Mitchell you made reference to in your message - In particuliar, the county from whence he lived (Walton Co GA) - Do you have anything else on him? Children? In the book, "Wayfarers of Walton County GA" (I can't recall the author) there were quite a few adult Mitchell's in Walton Co GA including my ancestor, Hinchey Mitchell born 1775 VA and who left a will in Clayton Co GA dated 1863 - Clayton Co was carved from Henry Co in 1821. According to the author of the above mentioned book, this part of GA was NC and the two, fought over the boundries - Very early on, there is mention of an Andrew Mitchell living in Walton Co with a huge household - over 12 I believe - Thanks for your message and any reference to the Thomas H.
