Hi, I have to wonder about the "burning of the Will" in front of the widow. Now, I am not trying to insult anyone's ancestor, but Mr. Bibb is a neighbor to Mrs. Elizabeth Mitchell, is that correct? She marries him after the death of Mr. Mitchell? Could the 2 of them have "been in love" or something to that effect prior to Mr. Mitchell's death? In that case, this "burning of the Will" in front of Mr. Mitchell's death may have been revenge for a love affair between Mr. Bibb and Mrs. Mitchell. I mean, I am just speculating, but there is no logical reason why Mr. Mitchell or his lawyer would have destroyed the Will, which may have left everything to her, unless there were some ill feelings about something going on. Maybe her son did not want Mr. Bibb to have control of Mr. Mitchell's land. (????) Anyway......something to think about, and no offense to anyone please, all kinds of events and so called "scandals" happened in everyone's family. By the way, I have a couple of Sion Mitchells in my family, and I noticed yours. Regards, Doris Mitchell
