Connie and Gail: This "brick wall" may never be crossed. I am hoping I can get the one last Mitchell in my line to agree to a DNA test if I pay for it. It has to be a male Mitchell, as only they carry the correct DNA chromosome, or whatever it is they look for. If others are on file who carry matching DNA, maybe this will help. Alton Underwood
I sent the DNA information to my Mitchell cousins but no one wanted to pay to be tested. So guess our line will just have to go on the information we already have. If only our ancestors knew how much their descendants would be interested in their lives! Happy researching!
