Doris, I don't remember the query, either. But the James married to Lucy in Sumner Co Tn 1850 census is mine. There are no Henry's in that line at all. This James is son of John Mitchell and Fanny Busby who were both born in North Carolina and married in Sumner Co. in 1808.
