Hello List, I have never posted here as my research is for my daughter. And she has just started. Her Mitchell line starts in MO and she hasn't gotten very far. Personally, my Mitchell line ended in 1979 with a divorce. This is her line as we know it: 1880 Clay Co. census David MITCHEL Self M Male W 33 MO Farmer --- --- Allis MITCHEL Wife M Female W 30 MO Keeping House KY KY Greenup MITCHEL Son S Male W 8 MO MO MO William MITCHEL Son S Male W 7 MO MO MO Josephine MITCHEL Dau S Female W 1 MO MO MO With William Hardin being her great grandfather. She believes the census to be wrong? And feels that since Alice Warren (Mitchell) came from Kentucky and there is a Greenup Co. in KY that he, David Mitchell also came from KY. Hi Tamara, Dont know if we are connected, but my Mitchell line came from Carroll Co or Carl Co. Missouri. Lewis Eley Mitchell 1869 He had a brother John Mitchell and Trotter Mitchell. His dad name i beleive was Jim Mitchell and Mother's name was Clara. Maybe you've heard these names? Hello Again Tamara, I forgot to list Ed Mitchell as being a cousin to my dad Lewis Raymond Mitchell. Lewis Raymond Mitchell was born 1901 in Indian terriory,Oklahoma.
