Hi Steve, yes that's what I had found too, Moses Mitchell married Mary Grant, and 2nd wife was Elizabeth Boone. I am of the belief that John Mitchell who married Nancy Boone was descended from Andrew Mitchell who was from Scotland, he does name one of his sons Andrew. I know that is not direct proof, but it is more than just pure speculation. Also, his location gives indication of that, as well as his association with the Boone family. One source I found gave Daniel Boone as the father of Nancy. Another did not. Thanks for all your information, you have more than likely helped some people on this list. :) Doris
