We would be very interested in seeing your .gedcom or .pdf file on the Mitchell/Boone connection. Our Mitchell's are supposedly connected to the Boone's but we have not been able to prove it out. We know that Sir Gavin Mitchell [m. Margaret Campbell] sired John Mitchell [m. Cynthia Lillas Morton] who sired Moses Mitchell b c1750 who m. Mary Grant, daughter of William Grant and Elizabeth Boone [sister of Daniel Boone, the frontiersman]. The problem is that we cannot connect Moses & Mary to our Mitchell's. Although we know most, if not all of the Moses & Mary issues [according to Spraker], we have a gap between their issue and our James H. Mitchell b. c1810 TN. If James H. Mitchell's parents are indeed the issue of Moses and Mary, we simply cannot find any evidence of such. Perhaps your Mercer Co. KY Mitchell data can shed some light on our connections.
